Your mind is a powerful tool. Use it wisely.

My approach is grounded in empathy, backed by science, and tailored to your unique needs

Every journey starts with a question. Mine began with: How can I make a positive difference in the lives of others?

I began my work in Romania, supporting homeless children, teenage mothers, people with disabilities, and families in crisis. Since then, I've worked in academia, the corporate world, and the non-profit sector, in Romania, The Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Each chapter shaped my professional and personal growth, teaching me the value of persistence, self-compassion, and the strength that comes from embracing both the highs and lows of life.

Now, I’m here to support you—whether you're a high-achiever seeking focus and resilience, or someone overcoming personal hurdles. Let’s navigate the journey together.

Me in a nutshell

My principles

I believe you can thrive.

Your brain is a remarkable organ capable of adapting and recovering. Past experiences, while influential, do not define your future.

We work as a team.

I can't put thoughts in your head and can't do things for you. Your engagement and effort are what truly drive change and progress. This isn’t a ride where you sit in the back and enjoy the view—it's more like a road trip where you’ve got to pitch in, change tires, refuel, and occasionally sing along to the playlist.

I value honest dialogue.

Open communication helps us understand each other better and achieve better results. Neurofeedback, hypnosis, and other approaches can be misunderstood. Let's clear up any confusion.

Life is a joint venture.

Neurofeedback and coaching can really help, but they are not miracle cures. Sometimes, working with another professional can be beneficial. I'm happy to refer you to someone else or team up with your other healthcare providers if that is necessary.
