After that, we’ll meet regularly, and you might have some homework or new experiences to try out.

 

We’ll discuss these in our sessions, check your progress, and adjust our goals as needed.

We'll work together to enhance your capacity to control emotions, build resilience, and foster a flexible mindset.

This helps you to not only address current obstacles but also develop the capacity to overcome future ones.

Tools

I use a variety of tools such as relaxation exercises, hypnosis, guided imagery, assertiveness training, attention training, problem-solving, habit reversal, etc.

Emotional regulation is a key part of my approach. Just like you can’t rebuild a city under siege, you can’t make progress if you’re overwhelmed by intense emotions.
